How do I apply for the first time?

Which documents do I need?
- 1Aadhaar card (PDF/JPG, up to 5MB)
- 2Khatauni / land ownership proof
- 3Destination village khatauni (for soil permits)
- 4Passport-size photo
- 5Bank passbook (if required)
How do I pay?
- 1UPI: scan the QR code shown on screen
- 2PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm all work
- 3Note the transaction ID
- 4Or pay cash at the office
Troubleshooting
❓ Didn't get the OTP?
✅ Wait 30 seconds, then tap 'Resend OTP'. Check the number is correct and SMS isn't blocked — disable DND.
❓ Document not uploading?
✅ File must be under 5MB and in PDF, JPG or PNG. On mobile you can take a photo directly with the camera.
❓ Paid but application not created?
✅ Don't worry — check the status first. If no application number shows up, send the transaction ID on WhatsApp and we'll verify.
❓ Forgot my password?
✅ There's no password in this app. You log in with a mobile OTP each time.
