1. Nature of Service

ApplyN (Fatehpur Digital Service Centre) is a private, independent professional service provider. We are not a government body and do not represent, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, any department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh or the Government of India. We offer paid consultancy and documentation assistance — we help you prepare and submit your application on government portals. Final approval is granted solely by the relevant government department.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• OTP verification via an Indian mobile number is mandatory
• Accurate and genuine information must be provided
• Mining applications must relate to Uttar Pradesh

3. Service Fees & Payment

• The amount charged on this website is only our private professional service fee — for consultation, documentation help, form preparation and submission assistance
• Our service fee is clearly displayed before you confirm and pay
• Government fees, taxes and official charges are NOT collected by ApplyN — where a government fee applies, you pay it directly to the concerned government portal / department yourself
• We accept our service fee via the online payment options shown at checkout, UPI, or cash at our office
• Keep your payment receipt / transaction ID safe

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies only to the private service fee you pay to ApplyN. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for (for example, an application could not be submitted due to our technical error), your service fee will be refunded per our Refund Policy. Government fees are never collected by us, so any refund of a government fee is entirely subject to the concerned department's own policy. No service-fee refund is due where the application is properly submitted and later rejected by the government department.

5. User Responsibilities

• All information provided in the application must be truthful and accurate
• Uploaded documents must be genuine
• Legal responsibility for providing false information rests with the user
• Do not share your OTP or login credentials with anyone

6. Processing Time

After submission, applications are processed by the government department within 7–30 working days. We do not guarantee faster processing by the government. You can track updates at every stage via 'Check Status'.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (design, text, code) is the property of ApplyN. Copying or distributing without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for decisions, delays, or rejections by government departments. Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the service fee paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please first attempt to resolve it via WhatsApp or at our office. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp/notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
